A booking deposit is required in order to reserve your picnic time.
All parties of 8 or more require a 50% deposit.
Payments can be made online and your remainder amount due will include the 3% service fee + sales tax.
Payment must be received in full before picnic begins.
Refunds are only available 72 hours prior to the booking.
If there is a need for cancellation within less than 72 hours of your original booking, you can reschedule your picnic by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
All appointments are “rain or shine” unless otherwise stipulated. The purchaser is responsible to provide an alternate indoor location in the event of inclement weather. We will help to find an alternate location. We can also can provide tents for service fee.
